Job purpose

Manages the service department, including customer service interactions, reports, training, repairs and sales. Provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships.

Duties and responsibilities

• Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
• Build and sustain customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Effectively manages the rental program for pumps, tools and automation ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates rental schedules with customers.
• Delivers the approved High Pressure Waterblaster training program of pump operations, automation and best practices
• Troubleshoot, service and repair customers’ pumps, automation and tooling.
• Support in pump and automation sales.
• Deliver post sale delivery training and support to customers to ensure they have a successful experience with automation, tooling and pumps.
• Quote and administer paperwork to record rentals so it can be accurately and promptly invoiced.
• Assist sales support of pump quotes to customer and to lead technical question support.
• General sales quoting.
• Warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Hose assembly repair and testing on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in UHP Waterblasting for Industrial Cleaning.
• Experience in customer service
• Capable of confidently delivering training via public speaking, video delivery and demonstration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Previous experience in operating a forklift, licensed preferred
• Must have previous training in H2S, WHMIS, Fall Arrest, First Aid and Confined Space Entry – Valid certificates preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally and domestically required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
