Job Description

· Resolves customer issues.

· Provides information regarding products and services.

· Answers phone with proper phone etiquette. Ability to work with different types of personalities in a professional, positive manner.

· Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Liaison between customer/sales/various internal teams Process manual entry orders through AS400

· Direct communication with customer providing shipment status, product availability, account status, etc.
