  • Improve systems and processes that support integration, compliance and business growth.
  • This role offers the flexibility to be based in one of our offices in Hobart, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

About the role

  • Coordinate day-to-day finance administration and month-end activities, including purchase orders, accruals, invoicing, WIP reviews and supporting reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial and operational reporting for individual businesses and the consolidated division.
  • Maintain effective document-control and SharePoint environments, including permissions, registers, templates, version control and compliance records.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, competency and system-access administration.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, HR, HSE, Procurement and other support functions.
  • Identify and implement practical improvements that increase accuracy, remove delays and support growth.
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses and provide functional direction to the team.

Qualifications

About you

  • Experience in senior administration, business operations or finance support within a complex or multi-entity environment.
  • Practical experience with transactional finance, month-end activities, WIP and reporting support.
  • Strong SharePoint, document-control and information-management capability.
  • Excellent organisation, numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and following actions through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between business locations as reasonably required.
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline are desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Experience administering training, competency or HSE information systems will be highly regarded.
