What You'll Be Doing

As our Facilities Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day facilities operation at our Glasgow site, ensuring our laboratories, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, compliant, and running efficiently. You'll work closely with laboratory, quality, and operational teams while supervising a small facilities team and managing contractors to deliver a high standard of site support.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities across the site
• Lead, support, and develop the Facilities team
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, Health & Safety, and quality requirements
• Oversee building infrastructure, statutory inspections, and business continuity activities
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruption and support site operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar operational environment.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, and performance-managing a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, IT, and stakeholder-management skills, with attention to detail and audit readiness.
• Knowledge of regulatory, quality, and health & safety requirements; experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Secondary education required; facility management, HSE, supervisory (e.g., ILM), or trade qualifications (electrical, plumbing, joinery) are desirable.
