Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Project Services team and ensure effective coordination across multidisciplinary functions.
  • Establish and maintain project controls covering cost, schedule, quality, performance, and reporting.
  • Develop and control annual project delivery plans, budgets, and project forecasts.
  • Manage CAPEX budgets, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost control.
  • Monitor project performance and provide accurate KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Ensure effective management of project risks, changes, and mitigation plans.
  • Oversee document, drawing, data management, handover, and project close-out activities.
  • Ensure project delivery complies with applicable HSSE, Quality Assurance, company, and regulatory standards.
  • Support project audits, compliance reviews, and timely closure of audit actions.
  • Coach and develop team members to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent.
  • Preferably certified as a Project Services Manager or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 6 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience across operations, engineering, projects, and Project Services roles.
  • Strong experience in brownfield project controls, cost and schedule management, reporting, handover, and close-out.
  • Experience in document/drawing and data management and handover.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience with diverse teams.
  • Experience in the execution, engineering, construction, commissioning, or management of major industrial projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas or energy sector.
  • Technical Authority Level 2 (TA-2) is desirable.
