Job Description
• Oversee clinic operations, staffing coverage, and study execution across active and upcoming studies.
• Provide staff supervision, coaching, schedule coordination, and time-off/PTO approval when applicable.
• Track clinic and study metrics including binder turnaround time, RWP deadlines, readiness, and documentation quality.
• Streamline clinic workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement action plans.
• Partner with Training and Technical Specialist on instrumentation readiness, calibration, training, and study preparation.
• Support quality oversight, audit readiness, SOP adherence, corrective actions, and leadership updates.
• Provides guidance and/or leadership to others, including direct reports, peers, or managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Science, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field Preferred
- Minimum 5 years Clinical Research experience Preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or formal leadership experience Preferred
- Experience managing staff, study metrics, clinic readiness, and process improvement Preferred
