Job Description
The Director, Digital Trust Go-to-Market & Portfolio Management NAM is the right-hand execution partner to the VP, Digital Trust NAM, working in close support of the global Digital Trust team. The VP and global team own overall GTM strategy and acquisition integration; this role executes against it in NAM – building and running the portfolio integration, portfolio positioning, demand generation initiatives, top-of-funnel pipeline growth, and sales and cross-sell enablement, that turn strategy into qualified pipeline and market visibility.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It provides the rails for the North America Market (NAM) demand generation and top-of-funnel pipeline growth across the Digital Trust portfolio – translating the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and integration priorities set by the VP and global team into campaigns, content, enablement, and cross-sell motions that deliver measurable pipeline. As acquired and new services come to market, this role activates them in-market against the integration agenda the VP and global team own while supporting portfolio alignment and market adoption objectives.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven senior technology/cyber product manager and/or marketer who thrives as a hands-on execution lead – operationalizing GTM strategy through demand generation, campaigns, content, service launches, and enablement in complex, regulated market environments.
Portfolio Integration & Management
- Manage the Digital Trust portfolio structure, service taxonomy, market segmentation, and portfolio positioning in alignment with global strategy.
- Support the integration of acquired services and capabilities into the Digital Trust portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and market readiness.
- Support portfolio packaging or bundling activities.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, competitive developments, and customer demand signals to identify portfolio opportunities and gaps.
Cross-Sell & Portfolio Adoption
- Support the VP’s integration agenda by activating acquired and new services in-market – executing launch, positioning, and demand plays.
- Drive cross-sell across the Digital Trust portfolio, connecting services to existing customers, channels, and sales teams.
- Execute the go-to-market integration of acquired businesses and services, including portfolio alignment, launch planning, sales enablement, content harmonization, and cross-sell activation.
- Build campaigns, plays, and enablement that accelerate adoption of newly integrated and newly launched services.
Sales Enablement
- Build and deliver sales enablement – training, playbooks, and toolkits – so regional and industry teams can position the portfolio and cross-sell confidently.
- Develop customer co-marketing programs (customer engagements, case studies, testimonials, distribution toolkits).
Product Marketing & Content
- Operationalize positioning and value propositions – set with the VP and global team – into sales tools, website, spec sheets, and campaign assets.
- Lead service launches and the supporting asset set.
- Lead content production across webinars, thought leadership, case studies, white papers, and campaign assets.
Demand Generation & Top-of-Funnel Pipeline
- Run the demand generation engine – ABM, campaigns, webinars, and inbound – that drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth across the Digital Trust portfolio.
- Provide the rails and repeatable motions for lead generation, measuring performance and improving cost-per-lead and conversion.
- Design and execute campaigns that build and sustain a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline.
Market Visibility
- Support analyst relations and PR to increase market visibility through briefings, interviews, and earned coverage.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, webinars, and customer events, building credibility for our Digital Trust capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with global Digital Trust leaders, technical experts, and regional teams to drive consistent global positioning and market activation.
