Job Description

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within semiconductor manufacturers, wafer fabs, OSAT companies, electronics manufacturers and related supply chain stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, engineering consultants, EPCs, cleanroom contractors, equipment suppliers and facility owners.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Understand customer requirements relating to quality assurance, equipment installation, commissioning, supplier qualification, asset integrity, environmental monitoring and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote SGS Inspection, Technical Assurance, Environmental Monitoring, Industrial Hygiene and EHS solutions tailored for semiconductor fabrication plants, advanced packaging facilities and cleanroom environments.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tenders, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate project handover with operations teams.
  • Monitor semiconductor market trends, new fab investments, cleanroom expansion projects and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent SGS at industry conferences, exhibitions, technical forums and customer networking events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, account development plans and monthly sales reports.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities across SGS Inspection, Testing, Certification, Environmental and Training services.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or technical sales within inspection, testing, certification, engineering consultancy, EHS, facilities management, environmental services, or industrial services.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and translate them into technical service solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems,
