Job Description

Ensures correct translation of trade documents and related business communication from language other 
than English received globally
Foreign language may come in either Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, 
Russian and Spanish, and other minor foreign languages

Performs language translation as per business requirements

Interacts with other colleagues of the same skills and tasks in the attainment of the team’s objective
Performs duties or other tasks as may be assigned by the Management
Assists in the maintenance of the Quality Management System

Qualifications

Must have at least a University and or College Degree or have completed an equivalent technical/vocational 
course.
Professional License in his/her area of expertise (i.e. Engineers, Pharmacists, Chemists etc.) an advantage
Language school graduate, an advantage
Trade experience in import/export or customs brokerage and/or banking procedures, an advantage.
Must be able to perform technical translation in the proper context
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively present 
information and respond to questions from clients
Willing to be deployed in various projects or operational areas as per business requirements
Details and results oriented
Computer literate (familiar with MS Windows applications
