Job Description

As a Project and Change Lead, you will combine hands-on project delivery and practical change management to support execution of a large-scale Finance transformation program.

You will be part of a global Finance transformation program (~200 projects, 70% finance-driven), driving the delivery and adoption of multiple initiatives. You will ensure that projects are not only completed, but successfully embedded into the business and delivering real impact.

Acting as the key link between program structure, stakeholders, and impacted teams, you will bring structure, clarity, and execution focus across a complex and fast-moving portfolio.

This is a practitioner role - you will focus on doing, coordinating, and delivering, not only designing frameworks.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

  • Partner with regional finance leaders (e.g., CFOs), SMEs, and operations teams
  • Coordinate across functions and geographies to ensure consistent execution
  • Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders

Governance & Reporting

  • Provide clear, actionable updates to program leadership
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation topics
  • Contribute to pragmatic improvements in project and change frameworks
  • Ensure transparency and consistency across reporting structures
