The contract support will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to this responsibility, the contract support will be responsible for data entry into pricing tables to support client tenders/RFPs in a timely and accurate manner. Meeting deadlines is a key performance requirement for this position.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Data entry into price sheets as part of client tenders/RFPs
- Renew expiring rate agreements and draft rate agreements with new clients as per instruction from the Contracts Director. Client communication with be handled by the Contracts Director
- Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain client certificates on insurance, provide credit reports to the accounting department and generate monthly KPI reports related to financial performance.
Requisitos
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline
- 1-2 years prior experience in data entry, document review.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Ability to communicate ideas with team members and clients to keep everyone apprised of contract related matters. B2+ English speaking capability
- Financial skills are necessary to evaluate whether or not a contract would produce profitable results for the company.
- A sense of urgency is necessary to promote execution of new business opportunities.
