Job Description

  • Provide administrative, marketing, and secretarial support to the Deputy Director / Operations Manager

  • Assist in preparing, issuing, and checking reports and invoices accurately

  • Support the preparation of monthly revenue reports

  • Handle general clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external parties

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above

  • 1–2 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-minded

  • Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
