Job Description
Provide administrative, marketing, and secretarial support to the Deputy Director / Operations Manager
Assist in preparing, issuing, and checking reports and invoices accurately
Support the preparation of monthly revenue reports
Handle general clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external parties
Qualifications
Diploma or above
1–2 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Proactive, responsible, and detail-minded
Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset
