Job Description

Tax Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare and file tax returns including VAT, withholding taxes, fringe benefit tax, corporate income tax, and documentary stamp tax via EFPS
  • Reconcile tax liabilities and compute tax payments prior to electronic filing
  • Prepare annual tax compliances including Information Returns (Forms 1604F, 1604E, 1604C) and annual alphalist
  • Submit annual books of accounts and tax listings such as monthly alphalist and input/output VAT

Audit and Regulatory Support

  • Assist in tax, regulatory, and statutory audits
  • Assist to respond to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) inquiries, Letters of Authority (LOAs), and government regulatory assessments

Administrative and Documentation

  • Process business permits, tax clearances, and related regulatory documents for all locations
  • Maintain and file tax, legal, and financial records in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Support corporate secretary functions and bidding requirements including tax treaty applications and tax residency certificates

 

 

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent, preferably CPA
 Minimum of 2 years experience in Finance / Accounting, focused in Tax
 Must be updated with tax regulations
