Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Rewards Analyst to support the delivery and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role will focus on operational activities including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and rewards data analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and market practices.

  • Support the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Support annual salary review and bonus cycles by preparing data, reports, and analysis.
  • Maintain and update compensation data, job structures, and employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in monitoring pay data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support benefits administration processes, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support rewards-related decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR and compensation data.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and rewards best practices.
  • Provide operational support on rewards-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards.
• Experience supporting salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar) is preferred.
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
