About the position

For our Business Assurance team, which conducts audits within dairy production, we are now looking for a colleague with extensive knowledge and experience in agriculture and dairy production, to cover the area in southeastern or central Sweden, depending on place of residence.

You will conduct audits on farms to ensure that operations meet the requirements of the operator’s quality program (animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality). The role also includes planning your own audits. It is important that you enjoy working independently. You will collaborate closely with your auditor colleagues, but most communication takes place via phone and Microsoft teams. The role includes travel and occasional overnight stays, depending on your place of residence.

Qualifications

Your profile

- Practical experience in agriculture with a focus on dairy production

- Good knowledge of legislation and regulations for animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality

- Experience from auditing or supervisory work is meritorious but not required

- Shorter or longer university education, for example agricultural management, agronomist, agricultural technician, or another related field

- Strong ability to convey knowledge and communicate respectfully and pleasantly with various stakeholders, partners, and colleagues

- Pedagogical and communicative skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

- Driving license, category B

- Good IT skills

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
