We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the design and evolution of key internal applications. This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership—ensuring best practices, architectural consistency, and high‑quality delivery across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Apply software engineering principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Integrate software components into complete, functional systems.
  • Conduct quality assurance through verification plans, testing, and debugging.
  • Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Maintain and update technical specifications, documentation, and system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, internal standards, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members or end‑users when required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including experience in senior or technical leadership functions.

  • Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and relational data models.

  • Strong command of JavaScript and frontend frameworks.

  • Advanced experience with SQL Server, performance optimization, and database design.

  • Experience defining and integrating technical solutions end-to-end.

  • Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.

  • Ability to mentor developers, lead discussions, and drive technical decisions.

  • Lead and manage software development projects, including coordination of technical teams.Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
