• Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities through various channels to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Project Execution: Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the contract signing process.
• Cross‑team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and prepare monthly performance reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or account servicing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented, and a strong team player.
