Job Description

Kickstart a Career with Purpose

Are you a recent graduate passionate about ethical business practices, global supply chains, and making a measurable impact? Join us as an Associate Auditor, an entry‑level role designed to develop you into a fully qualified Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) within the APSCA framework.

This is more than a first job—it’s a structured development program with mentoring, industry‑recognized certifications, and a clear pathway for advancement in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.

You’ll grow from classroom learning → supervised audits → team auditor → CSCA‑certified professional.

What Is an APSCA Auditor?

APSCA stands for the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors, an organization that helps ensure workplaces around the world are safe, fair, and respectful for all workers.

As an APSCA auditor, your work helps make sure facilities follow important labor and human rights standards, such as:

  • Safe working conditions
  • Fair wages and reasonable working hours
  • No child labor or forced labor
  • No discrimination or harassment
  • United Nations Guiding Principles (UNGP) on business and human rights, as applicable

You’ll gather information by observing workplaces, reviewing documents, and talking with workers and managers. If something isn’t right—like unsafe equipment or unfair treatment—you report it so the company can make improvements.

Many well‑known global brands rely on APSCA auditors to verify ethical practices in their supply chains. Think of these auditors as “fairness inspectors” who help protect workers and support responsible business practices worldwide.
