We are looking for Business Development Manager for the Connectivity & Products (C&P) business who will ensure the development and effective functioning of the new business area with focus on textile, automotive, electrical, government and trade facilitation services.

Job Description

  • Create, implement and develop business development strategy for C&P (Connectivity & Products) to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across Caspian sub-region;
  • Conduct rigorous market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the C&P sector.
  • Drive client acquisition through direct engagement, professional presentations, and the negotiation of commercial proposals, job costing, and final contracts.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that drive value and long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a high-performing operations team to support business expansion and scaling.
  • Ensure all operations meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives, emphasizing timeliness and technical excellence.
  • Manage PCA (Product Conformity Assessment) and PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspection) activities in strict accordance with regional budgets, IVP Business Rules, and Country Instructions.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of business development procedures and Quality Management System (QMS) standards;
  • Manage the "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) by resolving applications, complaints, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with other business units and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to foster cross-divisional synergy and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree light industry, standardization, certification, management
  • Work experience in sales, business development
  • Fluent Russian & English
  • Business / Trade experience
  • Knowledge of industry specifics
  • Knowledge of Uzbekistan market nice to have

Managerial / Supervisory experience
