Are you passionate about delivering engaging training and helping others develop their skills? Join our team as an IT Applications & Professional Development Trainer and play a key role in providing end-to-end learning solutions to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact in a full-time role, delivering high-quality training and professional development programs to clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop customised programs to meet client requirements
  • Deliver face-to-face IT and professional development training, adapting your style to suit adult learners and client-specific needs
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external trainers regarding courseware and delivery
  • Evaluate and maintain high-quality training materials, including course content, handouts, and interactive activities
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, post-course reviews, and participant evaluations, providing recommendations to clients
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues during training sessions and escalate as required
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, including blogs, video scripts, and presentations
  • Liaise regularly with external trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and maintain ongoing communication
  • Provide post-course support, coaching, and follow-up advice to clients and participants
  • Assist with training quotations, proposals, and course planning as needed

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • IT qualifications and certifications, particularly Microsoft solutions
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • 3+ years in a similar corporate training role, including courseware development
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients
  • Analytical, adaptable, and able to thrive in a changing environment
  • Desirable: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and delivering professional development training
