- Follow workflow procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency when working with internal and external customer

- Communicate and work with customers for each project requirement and operation in effective manner

- Support team members in replying, handling the customer requirement, including meetings etc.

- Contribute ideas to improve the consulting process and internal operations to be better for serving the customers.

- Work closely with customer and relevant parties to finish the project successfully

- Others assigned by superior 

- Bachelor degree.
- Experience in technical consulting, planning and service development.
- Hold background in technology is a plus.
- 05 years in the same position or in the same industry (certification, training or used to work at factories) is a plus.
