Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR Director to join our organisation in Casablanca, Morocco. As the HR Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving organisational excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Forge strong partnerships with the Leadership Team to drive organisational success
- Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact support across all HR functions
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent
- Design and implement competitive remuneration structures in line with local practices and company guidelines
- Manage corporate compensation processes, including Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Programmes
- Develop and execute Training & Development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
- Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity across all levels
- Oversee the Performance Management process, ensuring timely and quality execution
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local legislation
- Utilise HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organisation
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Law, Management, Finance, or a related field;
- Proven track record of leading an HR function of comparable scope and complexity.
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
