HR Analyst

Job Description
- Gather information from multiple sources to enter it into the HR system in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy.
- Ensure the data is error-free, and stored safely.
- Update the database, transactions with proper approval.
- Identify problems with the current database and propose suitable solutions.
- Act as a contact point for HR system related enquiries
- Provide data support to HR teams while ensuring compliance with data privacy and data confidentiality regulations
- Calculate HR metrics, analyze data, prepare reports of data result, present findings to supervisor
- Based on analysis, make recommendation to assist decision-making
- Assist in HR surveys from market research vendor
- Other duties as assigned by managers
Qualifications
- Graduate university or college
- 1+ year of experience in HR
- Experience in HRIS (Cadena and Workday) is a plus
- Responsible, careful, high attention to detail
- Data analytical mindset and strong problem solving skill
- Good in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate is a plus
