HR Analyst

Job Description

  • Gather information from multiple sources to enter it into the HR system in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Ensure the data is error-free, and stored safely.
  • Update the database, transactions with proper approval.
  • Identify problems with the current database and propose suitable solutions.
  • Act as a contact point for HR system related enquiries
  • Provide data support to HR teams while ensuring compliance with data privacy and data confidentiality regulations
  • Calculate HR metrics, analyze data, prepare reports of data result, present findings to supervisor
  • Based on analysis, make recommendation to assist decision-making
  • Assist in HR surveys from market research vendor
  • Other duties as assigned by managers

Qualifications

  • Graduate university or college
  • 1+ year of experience in HR
  • Experience in HRIS (Cadena and Workday) is a plus
  • Responsible, careful, high attention to detail
  • Data analytical mindset and strong problem solving skill
  • Good in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate is a plus
