Job Description

• Provide technical training and handle qualification of inspectors

• Technical review of inspection reports

• Provide technical support to Customer Service Team

• Review and monitoring of technical documents such as SOP, WI, …

• Perform field assessments of internal inspectors, announced audit appointed by Manager;

• Provide technical training to agent, vendor, factory if required

• Handle equipment calibration: daily follow-up and internal calibration

• Support QA coordinator to set up internal calibration procedures of equipment

• Support management during technical meeting with customers

• Back-up for inspection in order to secure the business

• Other additional tasks delegated by direct manager or above

• Substitute Technical Supervisor or direct manager

Qualifications

 College or University graduation, major in the related inspection category

• At least 3 years experience in related inspection activities

• Fluent in both written and oral English

• Necessary computer knowledge
