Job Description

Liaise the information between client and operation/ laboratories.

Receipt and review the testing results, crosscheck with the client’s specification/ other related reports (if having).

Discuss with Lab manager/ upper level/ SGS affiliates/ client in case of having doubt/difference.

Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.

Develop knowledge about each customer’s requirements.

Receiving client's complaints/inquiries & in front of challenging situations, take responsibility of handling and resolving customer in a timely and accurate manner, follow up on customer interactions as well as assist superior to review potential claims relating to services and propose proper action to improve the situation.

Able to deal with hard situation & have skill to soften it & seek for a solution to maintance client's retention.

Well understand company/ department’s services and related goods as well as enhance the knowledge of analytical and sampling standards

Other duties upon requested.

Qualifications

College or University graduated.

Trained or had experience in ISO 17020 and ISO 9001

Good communication in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Computer Skills

Additional Information

No work experience is required; however, preference is given to applicants with experiences of port/logistic services.

Need good agility and learning ability for:

       - New complicated products

       - Support on deploying new system

       - Support CS manager.
