Responsible for filling vacancies in Hai Phong for all functions at job grade below 8

Proactively approach universities in the North to build the talent pool accordingly

Organize orientation training for new hire in North. 

Organize training activities and engagement activities in North

Collaborate will all functions in HR: Recruitment, C&B , L&OD and Reward to ensure the smooth operation in North

Ensure the confidentiality of HR at certain level of requirement

Experience HR role at least 01 year, especially in Recruitment 

Graduate University or College

Basic English communication

Good in excel, word, pivot tables
