PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions plays a key role in ensuring the effective configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM, which is live in over 100 countries worldwide.
- Leverages a combination of deep expertise in Workday configuration and HR Operations principles —including HCM, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Absence, and Reporting & Analytics— to deliver well thought out of solutions in one or more of the mentioned functional areas, to create operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery of new system requirements and continuous improvements, ensuring alignment with global standard process design while enhancing user experience and system functionality through an Agile methodology.
- Manage medium-to-high complexity enhancements as a Project Manager, overseeing scope, timelines, activities, and stakeholder responsibilities to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, managing stakeholder relationships and driving alignment initiatives.
- Actively participate in Sprints and, when required, take on the Scrum Master role to drive project success.
- Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for one or more Workday functional areas, ensuring effective configuration and management.
- Act as an escalation point for complex system configuration issues, working towards resolution and optimization.
- Champion innovation and system stability, ensuring seamless adoption of Workday’s bi-annual feature releases.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Workday Configuration: Expertise in Workday system setup, customization, and troubleshooting across multiple functional areas.
- Expertise in Reporting and/or Compensation preferred.
- HR Business Acumen: Strong understanding of HR processes, strategies, and best practices to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and manage Workday initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization.

- 5+ years of experience in HR, Workday configuration, and solutions development.
- Strong functional HR expertise with deep knowledge of Workday.
- Passionate about HR technology trends and best practices.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Creative problem-solver who proactively brings solutions to challenges.
- User-centric mindset, ensuring seamless experiences in Workday functionality.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in English.
- Experience in large, matrix global organizations is strongly preferred.
- Confident yet collaborative, balancing leadership with openness to diverse perspectives.
- Available to working European hours and open to work on-site in the Alabang office once every two weeks or as needed.
