We´re looking for a Food Operations Specialist: Projects and SOP Approvals Analyst based in Madrid in order to work in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the new products for International markets (EMEA and APAC regions) are mapped, tracked and deployed to the correct stakeholders (internal and external) by reviewing it in the original language, performing a thorough review following process, ensuring that Operations SOPs are reviewed in totality prior product launch.

This position will be responsible to coordinate the product initiation through specific System and the initial review and deployment of activitities related to that process, acting as project coordinator for such activities.

The position will also oversee, manage, support or lead, depending on each project, other projects related to Operations and crossfunctional projects with other areas (such as Operations, QA, Safety, Marketing or Supply Chain).

Minimum requirement:

• Relevant work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Multi Unit Manager with an International Quick Service Brand
• Bachelor’s degree Food Science, Sciences, Engineering or Administration is an advantage
• Minimum five years of progressive work experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Minimum C1 LEVEL in English, certified or having lived abroad for minimum 1 Year
