About the Team
The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team is responsible for Employee Learning, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Performance Management. Our mission is to enhance employee engagement, optimize talent potential, and drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team, focusing on performance management, employee evaluations, and promotion system design and implementation. This role offers an opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping and improving HR policies that directly impact our workforce.

1. Workforce Planning & Job Analysis
- Develop and oversee workforce planning strategies, including headcount forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct job analysis to support optimal workforce allocation, career development, and succession planning
- Manage talent identification and development programs, including 360-degree feedback assessments
2. Performance Management, Employee Evaluations & Promotion System
- Design, implement, and enhance performance management frameworks
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and fair assessment methods
- Analyze performance and evaluation data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage a transparent, structured promotion system to support employee career progression
3. HR Policy & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead HR policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze HR challenges and develop strategic solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership to align HR policies with business strategy
자격 요건
We are seeking an HR professional who is passionate about designing and managing impactful HR programs in a dynamic organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with expertise in policy development and execution
- Hands-on experience in leading HR projects and managing performance evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Prior experience working in a multinational company
