Job Description
- Develop and implement business plans for Natural Resources (NR) products, including minerals, oil & gas, and agriculture.
- Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and control sales operations within assigned budgets.
- Manage financial aspects of NR business, including P&L, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Cultivate client relationships and oversee inspections at client enterprises as per contractual requirements.
- Participate in quality system improvements, internal audits, and address consumer applications and complaints.
- Lead the NR division, coordinating team efforts and ensuring effective business operations across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master degree in management, economics, engineering. Mining (preferable)
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Business Development within Natural Resources industry
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Strong knowledge of NR industry specifics and Uzbekistan market
