PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist in the development and implementation of HSE training programs aligned with SGS objectives.
• Administer and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper enrollment, tracking, and reporting of training activities.
• Analyze training data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and propose improvements to training programs.
• Develop and maintain engaging Safe Talks and Face-to-Face (F2F) training packages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Deliver HSE training sessions to various groups, from shopfloor employees to senior managers, ensuring that learning objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure training initiatives meet global HSE standards and business needs.
• Assist in identifying development needs for HSE staff and supporting talent management initiatives, including competence assessments and development plans.

EDUCATION

• Engineering Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in HSE.
• Experience in HSE training development or facilitation.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in creating and managing training materials across various formats (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning, web-based tools).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including data tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of coaching and facilitation techniques to support stakeholder development.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver key messages across diverse audiences.
• Exposure to project management techniques to help track and report training initiatives.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
