Job Description

Join a global leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry as a Sales Executive! In this full-time role, you’ll identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide tailored service solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities includes but are not limited too:

  • Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Anticipate, identify and understand client’s needs and pains and translate those into sales opportunities.
  • Promote total solution of QA and QC to customers.
  • Proactively assess new business opportunities and continuously propose quality assurance and sustainability solutions to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders within set deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate SGS participation in CESA and other trade fairs as required.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of client visits and regular monthly reports of sales activity in Australia.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts.
  • Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business.
  • Support marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the related industry is an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field, with a successful track record
  • Knowledge of the related field (basic technical knowledge, main actors, trends/shifts, competitors, processes, regulatory frameworks)
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Current driver’s license
