Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager based in Alexandria, NSW, to build relationships with large multi-site organizations in the food industry. This role focuses on providing certification, customized audits, and training solutions while driving sales revenue and contributing to business strategy development.
Responsibilities includes but are not limited too:
Sales & Marketing
- Identify and close new business opportunities with large multi-site organizations.
- Manage the full sales process, develop value-driven customer solutions, and achieve sales KPIs.
- Maintain sales records and actively market the business in line with strategy.
Client Services
- Ensure accurate Contract Work Sheets (CWSs) and CRM data maintenance.
- Report on pipeline, sales plans, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Business Strategy
- Support business strategy development and identify market opportunities.
- Develop growth plans and foster collaboration within the sales and support teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling complex solutions to large multi-site organizations.
- Strong background in the certification and auditing industry
- Experience in the food industry is highly valued and will be an advantage in understanding client needs and industry-specific challenges.
- Track record of successfully selling service solutions to both SME and corporate clients.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases.
