The Graduate Trainee Program is a custom-designed 2-year talent development program for all recent graduates which bring various opportunities to develop the most advanced knowledge & skills to map the path to success to become the pipeline of key positions.

During 2-year journey, you would have chance to support digital transformation across different departments and operational areas to drive digital initiatives and deploy innovative technology.
 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of low code program (such as Copilot, RPA) and high end AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with senior AI engineers within company group to design, test, and deploy machine learning solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization to support AI projects.
• Participate in research and development of new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to the team.
• Support the integration of AI models into existing systems and applications.

• Bachelor's program in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network.
• Previous project experience adapting any AI technology.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Problem-solving skills and a keen interest in AI and machine learning.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
