Job Description
- Job Title: Administrative Apprentice
- Job Location: Ellesmere Port
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm)
- Salary: £8 per hour (£15,600 per annum)
As an apprentice, reporting into the UK QHSSE Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Health and Safety Team to gain hands-on practical experience in providing a key administrative support function for all parts of the UK Business. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the UK QHSSE (Quality Health Safety Security & Environment) database
- Inputting data in to various platforms - pulling reports
- Following up and responding to queries internally and externally
- Assisting in compiling information packs for external customers
- Assisting colleagues with administrative support for assigned projects
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiasm to Learn: A genuine interest in business administration, with a willingness to learn and develop
- Previous work experience : Desirable to have some administrative experience, but not essential if this can be demonstrated with higher education projects
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and handle queries effectively.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
- Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above). A-levels or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Driving License: This is not essential - more desirable
