Descrição do emprego
The purpose of the Document Review Specialist is to
- provides comprehensive verification of documents, to ensure that input information is complete, up-to-date and in compliance with all required standards.
- Lead team on all aspects of documentation review for validation areas across the business areas covering production data from inspection of quantity and quality of minerals
- Establish procedures for the verification and control of production data.
- Review Information on clients, data sheets, certificates and other inputs documents to be provided.
Habilitações
- Degree in Mining or Geology.
- At least 5 years work experience as a Document Reviewer
- Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks.
- Understanding documentation structure and document control.
- Experience creating style guides and templates for document control

Responsabilities
- Ability to handle routine document review of Quantity and Quality production data documents in an electronic web-based platform.
- Reviewing and providing quality oversight of data and information received from stakeholders.
- Generating, implementing and/or reviewing summary reports and associated data for conformance to regulations, SOPs, specifications and other applicable acceptance criteria.
- Identifying and communicating documentation exceptions to the partners with the aim of resolving documentation exceptions.
- Undertake training for client embedded team in document review.
- Reviewing the results of testing and determining the acceptability of results against pre-determined criteria.
- Investigating and troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
- Reviewing, editing and approving deviation notifications, deviation investigations, corrective actions, change controls, SOPs, reports and other documentation
- Coordinating with other departments or outside contractors/vendors to complete validation tasks.
- Complete document indexing and tagging.
- Practical training and capacity building to client on document review processes.
- May supervise, provide direction and assign work to Validation Specialists and/or contingent workers to meet goals and timelines.
- Adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees in line with SGS policies and procedures.

- Follow quality management system practices and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Other activities assigned by direct manager.
