Job Purpose

We are currently hiring Business Development Manager at SGS Georgia's head office in Batumi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost income and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationship with potential partners in sectors new to the company
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with customers and suppliers
• Develop pricing strategies and handle price negotiations with clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and market demand
• Monitor industry trends and competitive environment to spot growth and improvement opportunities
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Analyze and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and maximize growth
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop accurate and consistent proposals
• Set sales targets and ensure the company meets them
• Manage risk assessments for new initiatives.

• University degree
• At least 7 years of business development experience in the service industry
• Established relationships with major Georgian businesses, potentially including government agencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in key negotiation tools and techniques
• P&L skills

• Language proficiency:
• Georgian: native
• Russian: free
• English: upper-intermediate to advanced.
