SGS Sulphur Experts is an independent process engineering company focused on providing leading-edge training, testing and troubleshooting services for their 3 business lines Sulphur Recovery, Amine Treating  and Dehydration. Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support a multi-channel marketing strategy for all Sulphur Experts locations through the creation and execution of marketing content, copywriting, graphic design, digital marketing, social and paid media, and event coordination. This person will report directly to the SGS Sulphur Experts BD Director (solid line) and Regional Director (dotted line).

  • Update and Standardize Sales Proposals
  • Maintain web site, including updating/adding new content and tracking website analytics and distribution of website inquiries over the locations
  • Responsible for acquiring technical information, sourcing and developing marketing material
  • Create marketing materials for digital (graphics, videos, etc.) and for print (one pagers, technical documents, sales tools, etc.) distribution
  • Create graphics and materials as needed for business (sales/technical), not limited to Business Cards, Equipment flyers,
  • Order, and/or oversee the ordering of, branded merchandise for each office.
  • Keep track of regional and global merchandise inventory.
  • Ensure company complies with the usage of branding documents, including using the proper logo, letterhead, and overall merchandise.
  • Execute e-mail marketing campaigns, including creating content, designing e-blasts, and tracking results
  • Execute paid media and social media strategies
  • Support the development and execution of webinars, seminars, sales and leadership meetings, and other corporate events as needed
  • Conduct research and explore unique ways to market the company and services
  • Support the team in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team while providing instructions for promotion or use
  • Research, plan and execute trade show participation, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts as needed
  • Execute Ad Hoc special projects and other related duties as requested by management and the business development team
  • Execute all marketing activities accurately, on time, with proper approvals, and within budget
  • Tracks performance metrics for all programs

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or similar) and 3+ years of relevant marketing experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingualism would be preferred (English/Spanish)
