Job Description
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and uncover emerging opportunities within the OGC sector.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and increase market share.
- Market Penetration & Relationship Building: Utilize innovative strategies to penetrate new markets, capitalize on untapped opportunities, and build long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to enhance customer experience and drive overall business growth.
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with both existing and potential clients to understand their needs and present comprehensive, tailored solutions.
- Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations that address client requirements and highlight the value of our services.
- Sales Management: Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data to drive performance.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports to senior management, contributing to the company’s strategic planning and decision-making process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably within TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry focusing on Oil, Gas and Chemicals business.
- Well-established network of contacts in KSA is a must
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving significant business growth.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a solid understanding of how to leverage data to enhance performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an added value.
- Candidates should be currently based in KSA or previously worked in Saudi market.
