We're currently hiring HSE Officer to maintain and ensure the compliance of group Health and Safety (HS) requirements in Bahrain.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is also willing to support with Procurement and Finance activities.

Job Description

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Support the development of risk assessments and safety plans.
  • Participate in HSE training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Maintain HSE records and documentation.

Procurement:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes.
  • Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and managing supplier relationships.

Finance:

  • Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Help with budget tracking and expense management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HSE regulations and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in HSE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • This role is only open for Bahraini nationals.
