Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day operations of the Department;
  • Review and approve all internal reports issued at the Division;
  • Responsible for establishing necessary instructions/documents to perform services;
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's quality management system at the Division in coordination with the Line Manager;
  • Ensure regular file processing, from nomination to invoicing;
  • Follow-up with the Line Manager to resolve discrepancies observed during the execution of services;
  • Monitor and resolve any customer complaints, together with the Line Manager;
  • Interface between the company and customers.
  • Identify inspectors training needs to update their service execution skills, in line with Division Manager;
  • Identify and evaluate responsibilities and description of teamwork and monitor performance;
  • Ensure the application of the group’s code of ethics and good conduct;
  • Prepare and coordinate the calibration program/plan for equipment;
  • Prepare and review all work standards and procedures;
  • Perform all additional tasks that are delegated by the superior to assist in achieving the Division objectives.
  • Familiar with ISO's 9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Practical computer knowledge from the user's point of view of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM System programs (is an advantage).

Habilitações

Education and Competence:

  • Honor's Degree in Geology, Mining or other related areas.
  • Five (05) years of proven experience, at least two of them in a similar position.
  • Good Verbal & Written skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent administration skills including filing and maintaining records.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision.
  • Personal commitment to achieving high performance within the workplace.
