Job Description
- Job Title: Digital Learning Designer
- Job Type: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 PA DOE
- Job Location: Frimley - Hybrid role
- Ideate and build digital learning solutions
- Design engaging digital learning experiences from initial scope, storyboard to the physical build and final solution
- Creating compelling digital learning experiences in multiple languages
- Production of digital assets inline with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Qualifications in instructional design – particularly for online delivery methods
- Degree educated or equivalent business experience
Experience Required
- Demonstratable portfolio in digital & instructional design
- Well versed in the use of authoring tools and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Evidence of strong creative writing skills
- Strong knowledge of digital industry standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)
