Job Description

  • Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System
  • Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts
  • Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
  • Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
  • Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
  • Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
  • Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
  • Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
  • Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Managemen

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from any field.
  • Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college with science background will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with min. supervision.

Additional Information

  • This position does not require travelling.
  • Location of the position is at Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
