Job Description
- Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System
- Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts
- Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
- Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
- Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
- Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
- Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
- Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
- Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
- At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Managemen
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from any field.
- Diploma or Degree from recognized university/college with science background will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with min. supervision.

- This position does not require travelling.
- Location of the position is at Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
