Job Description
At SGS, we're constantly expanding our audit team focused on the ESG sector, dedicated to conducting ethical audits encompassing sustainability, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
As a prospective team member, you should possess demonstrable expertise in diverse ESG standards and frameworks, gained through experience in implementing or maintaining such standards within your current role. As an Auditor at SGS, integrity is paramount. You will serve as an impartial evaluator, adept at identifying risks and opportunities to enhance our clients' operations while ensuring compliance with certification requirements. Alongside conducting audits and preliminary assessments, you will compile detailed reports outlining your findings.

Qualifications
To excel at SGS as an auditor ESG, candidates should meet the following prerequisites:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree (HBO level) with at least 4 years of experience in the ESG sector.
- Drivinglicense valid in the Netherlands
- Fluent in English, basic proficiency in Dutch
- Familiarity with the SMETA standard is advantageous.
- Registration with APSCA is desirable.
- Possess strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with independent work and extensive travel.
- Presentable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
