Job Description

  • The Tier 2 Analyst, HR Technology (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
  • The successful candidate will play a utility role on the functional HR team implementing Workday (HCM, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
  •  S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third-party stakeholders to support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday.

Specific Responsibilities  

  • As we transition to post go-live operations, all of the experience and learning done through implementation will prepare the successful candidate to deliver Tier 2 Workday services to SGS. Accountabilities will include: Handles support escalations from Tier 1 (local/regional super users). Manages incidents to ensure excellent customer service and quality incident management data for continuous improvement.
  • Supports functional analysts with Workday configuration, testing and reporting.
  • Supports Workday Services leader with maintenance of documentation and continuous improvement of services.

Qualifications

  • An aspiring HR Professional with educational background in Human Resources Management. Some work experience in HR Operations, HR Technology or HR Shared Services is a big plus.
  • A lifelong learner with a strong academic background.
  • Confident. Not afraid to make mistakes. Understands that feedback is a gift and is essential to learning and growth.
  • A person who develops and openly shares individual points of view. Does not need and does not want to follow a script to do the job.
  • Possesses strong acumen and interest in technology and business operations
  • An aspiring global professional with a great interest in working for a large global enterprise. Humility and appetite to learn and grow are a must
  • 0-2+ years total professional experience
  • Bachelors Required, HR Management area of study is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Learning agility and aptitude
  • Confidence to communicate with stakeholders globally in English
