Job Description
We anticipate a forthcoming opportunity for the position of Interface Coordinator – Vendor Quality Management to be located in NEOM, Saudi Arabia
- Develop the source inspection strategy, coordinate visits, and execute source inspection activities for project-based inspection categories as per approved material list.
- Review inspection reports, supplier/vendor locations, and work durations to appropriately select source inspectors for assignments.
- Conduct, coordinate, and ensure source inspection activities at the source/vendor, aligning with NEOM specifications, scope of work, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), applicable procedures, codes, and standards.
- Manage and update the Master Source Inspection schedule on a weekly basis.
- Organize and facilitate Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM) with vendors/manufacturers to secure approval for key deliverables before fabrication activities.
- Review and scrutinize inspectors' CVs in accordance with NEOM requirements, obtain Inspector approvals from NEOM.
- Review and approve the Inspection Package, comprising Vendor ITP, manufacturing procedure, specifications, and related quality documents.
- Update the inspection schedule on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Source Inspectors to obtain inspection reports, NCR reports, Inspection release certificates, etc., and follow up on the punch list status.
- Coordinate in-process, final inspections, and FAT for direct Purchase Orders for C2 and C3 materials and equipment.
- Ensure the receipt and approval of Inspection Disposition Reports.
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree with three years of inspection coordination experience, or a diploma with seven years of inspection coordination experience, is required.
- Should have the necessary experience, training and qualifications to coordinate the inspection & surveillance activities.
