Job Description
We anticipate a forthcoming opportunity for the position of Senior Electrical Inspector within NEOM project, located in Saudi Arabia. The role involves executing tasks in strict compliance with agreed inspection and test plans. The primary responsibility is to conduct quality inspections, ensuring the integrity and adherence of items to international codes, standards, specifications, and the project requirements of our customers.
• Carrying out vendor and third-party inspection of the electrical, communication and instrumentation materials during the in- process and/or final stage of production/assembly in accordance with the client’s ITP and international standards (ASTM, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, etc.) for various equipment including but not limited to Process Control Systems, SCADA, RTU, Switchgears, Control gears, Transformers, Panel Boards, RMUs, Cables, Motors, Marine MV cables, Cathodic protection, FOC Cable, HVAC, Skids etc.
• Carrying out the technical evaluations for the manufacturer facility for Electrical and instrumentation materials.

Qualification
- Minimum qualification requirement: Vocational diploma graduate or equivalent.
- Inspection experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing plants, with a focus on the specific commodity and processes, including 5 years in that particular area.
- Familiarity with industry standards, specifications, and fabrication methods.
- Ability to perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision to verify vendor compliance with purchase order requirements.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and implementation.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC, or equivalent standards.
- Thorough working knowledge of instrumentation and control systems in the field.
- Familiarity with international Industry Codes and Standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems for Instrumentation, including ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC, and UL 94.
