We're currently hiring a Laboratory Supervisor in Jubail, KSA. Reporting to the Lab Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to maintain and ensure the compliance of laboratory test requirements and test reports to client.

• Sample reporting and coordinating with operations.
• Responsible for sample storage and disposal.
• Analyze SQC samples, interpret data and respond to any condition as identified by this procedure.
• Maintain and update the calibration record of the test equipment.
• Check accuracy of equipment calibration record.
• Educate and train (where applicable) chemists and other Lab Staff.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for Test method Assessment findings.
• Ensure that Proficiency testing samples are done and reported on time.
• Report instances of non-conformance to the appropriate line management.
• Conduct Risk assessment.
• Responsible for initiating / establishing Non-Conformance Report.
• Intervene when an unsafe act or condition is observed.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry
• Familiar with the Best laboratory practices.
• Able to record validation data and follow method validation.
• Able to interact with management and clients.
• Good experience on software 
• Good knowledge on housekeeping and safety procedures.
• Sound understanding of the technical aspect of the role including methods, calibration maintenance and reporting LIMS procedures.
• Sound understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 requirements as applicable to the section.
• Good Leadership skills
