- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the suitability and compliance of concrete sleepers according to applicable industry standards. 

- Evaluating the dimensions, composition. Durability, and load-bearing capacity of the concrete sleepers used in project.

- Inspecting the manufacturing process, including pre-stressing and post-tensioning techniques, to ensure compliance with required specifications.

- Identifying potential defects, weaknesses, or areas for improvement and providing recommendations accordingly.

- Issuing suitability certificates for sleepers that meet the necessary assessment criteria ISA.

- Senior Engineers with +10 years of experience, with proven past experience in railway or/and National authority of Tunnels.

-Team Leaders with +15 years of experience, with proven past experience in railway or/and National authority of Tunnels.

- Required Certification: Certificate Issuance for Concrete Sleepers, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 17025.
