Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of Quality Assistant Representatives and Analytical Testers on site.
  • Develop and maintain quality and reliability objectives for the success of the project.
  • Represent the client’s interest in all quality related functions.
  • Oversee sub contractors’ work performance and support the subcontractors on any training issues.
  • Analyse and escalate quality issues from/with/to all stakeholders
  • Support client’s RFI process.
  • Make recommendations on field issues.
  • Provide daily project progress assessments.
  • Development and analysis of statistical data.
  • Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
  • Identify barriers and root causes of quality issues and performance gaps.
  • Maintain and update customer and company reporting documents.
  • Comply with the company and client standard operating procedures and policies.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in a relevant field.

  • Punctual, motivated, and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard.
  • Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

  • Must operate hand tools with confidence.
